The videos, honestly. They're short and actually pretty funny, so people don't just skip through them like they do with most training. What problems is Mimecast Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing is getting people to actually take phishing seriously. Before, security awareness was basically a once-a-year slog nobody remembered a week later. The short, regular videos keep it ticking over in people's heads, and the simulated phishing tests show us who's still clicking on things they shouldn't.
