What do you like best about Mimecast Aware?

What I like most about Mimecast Aware is its agentless, SaaS to SaaS API architecture, which makes deployment remarkably fast compared to traditional security tools. Instead of managing complex network routing or endpoint agents, you can directly integrate it with collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack within minutes. Beyond the smooth onboarding, I appreciate how it bridges a major compliance blind spot by providing real-time visibility into unstructured conversation data. What do you dislike about Mimecast Aware?

The main drawbacks are the dependency on expensive high-tier platform licensing like M365 or Slack Enterprise Grid to enable full API capabilities and the high initial rate of false positives due to informal chat language, which requires significant policy tuning early on.
