I like that Mimecast Aware is short, straightforward, and easy for employees to engage with. It doesn't feel overly technical or time-consuming, and I appreciate the simple administration and the variety of training content available. It helps keep security training organized without creating a lot of extra work for the person who manages it. The ability to reinforce security awareness without overwhelming employees is definitely a plus. Also, the initial setup was very easy, and it made our IT department feel like it was a breeze. I find customization and reporting could be improved. I would find it useful to customize training content to specific teams or risk levels. Having more granular control over training by department, role, or risk level would be helpful for me. On reporting, I would appreciate more flexible dashboards.
