I think that features related to leads capture in MiloCRM were really amazing. It was very helpful to be able to drag and drop contact information from website forms and social media interactions compared to my prior CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had difficulties using MiloCRM as there were limited reporting features that helped track its performance. It was difficult for me to get some insights into my marketing activities.
