What do you like best about Milo Assistant?

I found Milo Assistant to be simple to set up, configure, and deploy. Their AI chat features are excellent, and among the best I've seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Milo Assistant?

I believe that the reporting features may use the most enhancement. Also, the default Salesforce integration did not function for our organization, so we had to rely on Zapier to create what we required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Milo Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?

Milo Assistant allows us to send information to our consumers as rapidly as possible while also providing them with other ways to communicate with us. Visitors, for example, can use our Shopify integration in the chat rather than sending us a message to inquire about their shipment timetable. However, if they discover that they still need to communicate with us after reviewing some of our other materials, Milo Assistant makes this very simple. It allows our CX team to assist customers in real time while also guaranteeing that any further contacts are recorded in our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
