It's easy to find organizations I'm interested in supporting, set up recurring donations to organizations, and see the impact I'm making. I like that I can make all of my contributions from a single place. I also like that I receive monthly emails directly from the organizations providing updates on their initiatives. There's not much that I dislike. My credit card expired and my recurring donations stopped. It was a little confusing setting up a new card and resuming my existing donations. In the case of fundraising on behalf of individuals (for example, the Boston Marathon of the Pan-Mass Challenge), I would like for it to be easier to submit donations and have my company match credit the individual rather than going directly to the organization.
