"Cost-Effective APM Solution with Impressive Features"

What do you like best about Middleware?

I find Middleware to be an excellent tool for APM solutions, providing comparable capabilities to other leading tools like NewRelic and Datadog but at a 40% cost reduction. The cost is amazing, and they offer a great deal. I appreciate its fine-tuning options and how it allows us to monitor what's happening inside applications and how long each call takes, delivering the same results as NewRelic but with less cost. What do you dislike about Middleware?

It took some time for the setup. Always we can improve and reduce low cost for the customers, which would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Middleware solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Middleware, we were piecing together infrastructure visibility across multiple disconnected tools — CloudWatch for AWS metrics, manual log digging for pipeline failures, and a lot of guesswork when something broke in our GPU-backed inference or video generation pipelines. Root-causing an issue often meant jumping between three or four dashboards to reconstruct a timeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
