What do you like best about Middleware?

I like that it takes a consolidated, one stop shop, all at your finger tips, graphical approach highlighting all the required metrics needed for successfully managing software development Programs, Projects and Products. What do you dislike about Middleware?

What problems is Middleware solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping our oranization master DORA metrics. It's outlining Lead Time to delivery, Lead time to recovery, bugs, to name a few. It also provides in depth analysis for evaluating multiple workstreams (delivery trains), as well as the individual resource contributions.
