I use Mida as a CRO tool for running tests and improving eCommerce clients' experiences. I love the clean user experience and how well it's set up for agencies handling multiple clients. The assistance tools and innovation are impressive, and I've observed consistent improvements over the 2.5 years I've used Mida. Their support and partnership are fantastic. The tool is lightweight and measures many side goals effectively. I appreciate the ability to use my own JavaScript and CSS in tests. Report URL sharing and RPV insights are great, along with the noteworthy speed and support. They also keep adding features while maintaining focus on the core, which I appreciate.
