"Effortless Task Tracking with Smart Reminders and Seamless Microsoft 365 Sync"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft To Do?

What I like most is how easy it is to keep track of both my daily work and personal tasks. Whenever I remember something that needs to get done, I can quickly add it to a list and return to it later, instead of trying to hold everything in my head.

I also appreciate features like due dates, reminders, recurring tasks, and the My Day view. They make it easier to plan my work and stay on top of things without adding unnecessary complexity. Since it syncs across my laptop and phone, I can update my tasks from anywhere and always have the most up-to-date list with me.

Another plus is how well it works within the Microsoft ecosystem. If I’m already using Microsoft 365, it fits naturally into my daily workflow, so I don’t feel like I need a separate task management app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft To Do?

I don’t really have any major complaints, but on larger projects I sometimes feel it could use a few more advanced project management features. It’s excellent for personal task management, yet when there are lots of dependencies or more involved team planning, I usually end up turning to other Microsoft tools.

I’ve also noticed that once you’re managing a very large number of tasks, staying organized can get a bit difficult, since the structure is intentionally kept simple.

Other than that, it’s been reliable and easy to use day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
