What do you like best about Microsoft Text Analytics API?

It is an interesting application based on content search and analysis using natural language, which is mounted on plain text. With this, it is possible to extract the main indicators of a sentence, detect the language used, analyze the content of a sentence, detect the sentiment of happiness, sadness, disgust, or liking about something, which is more or less convenient for some type of business, for example. Practically, it allows detecting the syntax of the sentence, determining the key objects or entities and characteristics in favor or against. Information that can be very useful, for example, to recognize customer appreciation about a brand or the satisfaction or characteristics of a product or service. What do you dislike about Microsoft Text Analytics API?

The API turns out to be very practical and effective in analyzing short phrases, but when trying to analyze a plain text containing many words and characters, the analysis gets lost and is not as efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Text Analytics API solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a university lecturer, professor of the Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Oriente, University Campus, Venezuela. Basically, the use I make of software is at a theoretical-practical level. To give my students examples of the types of systems studied.
