"All-in-One Collaboration Powerhouse for Productivity"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I appreciate most about Microsoft Teams is its ability to bring all aspects of collaboration together in one unified workspace. The integration of chat, meetings, file sharing, and various applications is seamless, which greatly minimizes the need to switch between different tools and enhances daily productivity. Additionally, its native integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem allows for effortless document collaboration and helps maintain consistent identity, security, and governance throughout the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

One aspect I find frustrating about Microsoft Teams is how easily it becomes noisy and cluttered as more people use it. If there isn't strict governance, channels and notifications can quickly get out of hand, making it harder to stay focused and work efficiently. I've also noticed that performance can be unreliable, especially in larger organizations or during busy meetings. Additionally, when it comes to advanced configuration or troubleshooting, Teams often feels less transparent than some other specialized collaboration tools. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

what I like least about Microsoft Teams is the fact that you don't have a lot of customization options, for example, you can't set the background you want for every conversation you have with every person or group Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Collaboration and Real-Time Teamwork"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Easy collaboration: Chat, video calls, file sharing, and notes are all connected, so you don’t have to jump between apps.

Great for groups: Channels keep conversations organized by topic or class/project, which really helps when lots of people are involved.

Real-time work: You can edit Word, PowerPoint, or Excel files together and see changes instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

It can feel cluttered: With chats, channels, tabs, and notifications all at once, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

Too many notifications 🔔: If you’re in lots of teams or channels, alerts can get distracting fast.

Performance issues: It can be slow to load, especially on older devices or with a weak internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

what i like most about Microsoft teams is that it keeps everything in one place. Chat, calls, meetings, file sharing, and even quick screen sharing all happen inside the same tool. As a developer, this really helps during daily stand-ups, sprint discussion and quick clarifications with teammates. The integration with other Microsoft tools like Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint also makes it easy to share files or meeting links without extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Sometimes teams feels a bit heavy and slow, especially when many channels and chats are active. Notifications can also get overwhelming if not managed properly. Another small issue is that searching for older messages or files isn't always very smooth it works, but it can be better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The application is simple and user friendly, it has multiple features including voice and video calling, along with regular chatting and exchanging messages.

The screen share feature is super smooth, doesn't have any latency, which makes the job of an customer support engineer better while troubleshooting a client or customer's issue remotely.

Its pretty easy to set up and install, doesn't take much space in your disk. Been using it for about five plus years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Essential for Team Communication"
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I like how user-friendly Microsoft Teams is and how easy it is to find help online for it. It's great that when my team needs to share screens or can't upload an Excel sheet, they can just Google it to find solutions. I use Microsoft Teams for communicating with my team, and it allows me to update them at a moment's notice. I find it easy to update the script, policy, and best practices, and it's helpful for being available for crisis calls. I also appreciate using it with Copilot and Outlook for meetings and checking availability. The initial setup was relatively easy with no issues at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I wish as a supervisor I could control my team's size of the app on the screen as well as the message view so it's not recorded on calls what they're talking about for lunch or personal matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
