Microsoft Teams is an amazing tool to maintain real time connect with our dispersed team members. Adroitly integrated with the other Microsoft office apps, it is helping us incessantly to chat, e-meet, file sharing and content collaboration. Microsoft Teams is highly customizable with a clean and easy to use interface. In the present corona times, it has lately become a blessing for our work from home teams. Group meetings, daily reporting, virtual conferences, online sessions, screen sharing is no more a task now. The mobile version has further enhanced the usability & access of Microsoft Teams. The Graphical User Interface lacks functionality at Microsoft Teams. It is a complicated feature and requires extensive practice & guidance to implement it. Due to compartmentalized structure, Microsoft Teams presents an air of formality amongst the users. With a defined set of rules and communication norms, it tends to inhibit an open dialogue with the team members. Another thing which I strongly believe needs improvement is the time taken to access & get online onto the platform.
