What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

I personally like the simplicity of it. It's nothing too extravagant but can do so much. I like the video conference calling features. You have the ability to not see the shared screen and there's more personalized power. Also, the call layout of the windows is super crisp and clear. Makes video conferencing more enjoyable! What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

I don't have many complaints about this platform. It's literally so simple that I have nothing negative to say about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for my entire work office. Since we've been work from home since March 2020 (I'm writing this in August 2020), we've had to increase our communication and teams has made that simple. Everything is centralized in one software: calendars, contacts, emails, notifications, etc. It not only made us more effective, but tighter as a unit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
