What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

One of the interesting things is now Skype may go away and calls and chat service also come as part of MS Teams. A great collaboration platform with all features clubbed together we are happy to go with such an integrated platform. A stable and reliable platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The user interface of the product needs some level of improvement. The new features like calls and screen sharing or video conferencing are not much user-friendly and lots of improvement needed in this area, please focus on those things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams:

Those who are working with Windows platforms with most of the products having Office, Skype, and other related Microsoft platforms should or I would say must go for Teams. What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Skype was one of the solutions we used earlier but now with Teams many things are getting resolved. The project team queries, discussion, and now also calls happening with Teams. One of the products which is saving cost and time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
