What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

Well, I must say that I have become a huge fan of this tool as it provides the best user experience and most importantly it shows empathy towards its user base. It has all the features that come really handy to any user and it shows that it can be used for several purposes and not just to chat but also to collaborate with sharing files at one place under each channel. It is just too good that you can forget all other tools and replace just this one to all of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

To be honest, I really dont have anything that i dislike and on contrary am really happy that Skype for business is not getting upgraded to MS Teams which for me is a huge relief as it now is more prompt and user centric. This is my personal choice that I go for this tool and not anything else as it provides the best user quality and experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Definitely the communication and collaboration when it comes to MS teams is paramount and not just that but the way Microsoft provides support to its business account is just out of the world!
