What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The ability to create groups and channels within groups is a unique feature. Helps teams stay more focused and organized. Document sharing and storage within MS Teams makes it easy to access. Scheduling meetings and audio/video quality is awesome. Screen sharing, meeting recording features are also seamless and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Sometimes forgets previously connected audio devices via Bluetooth which means re-pairing often. Server issues occasionally that would make the program crash. No option to favorite chats or important messages. Chat history automatically disappears/deletes every 30 days. Video recordings of meetings can't be downloaded cause if security reasons I believe. Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Teams:

Don't use it in bits and pieces. Make it company wide otherwise you will create more gaps in communication than before. Make it the standard and company culture. Take the time to train all employees about the full potential of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

One-stop-shop for leaders, mid-level managers and frontline employees to communicate with ease. Instant message ability helps get quicker responses. Organized remote meetings and ability for members to participate passively if not actively. Biggest problem I'm solving with MS Teams is the central platform for document sharing. Keeping documentation and maintaining it is extremely important in my business and it is necessary to make sure that the appropriate people have the right access to the right documents at all times.
