What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The tight connection with OneDrive and SharePoint is what works best for me. Instead of emailing attachments back and forth or switching between tabs, team members can open and edit Excel sheets and Word docs right inside the chat window. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

The desktop app can be noticeably heavy on system resources. When running alongside browser tabs and development or design tools, it tends to cause occasional lag, especially during screen-sharing sessions. What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before adopting Teams, our day-to-day communication was scattered across endless email threads, individual chat tools, and separate platforms for video calls. Teams consolidated all of that into one workspace. The biggest benefit is speed—we can jump from a quick message to a screen-sharing call without scheduling formal invites or juggling multiple links, which keeps project discussions moving forward.
