"Microsoft Teams Keeps Chat, Meetings, and File Collaboration Seamlessly in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how seamlessly it ties everything into one place. Having chat, meetings, and shared OneDrive or SharePoint files directly accessible without constantly switching between apps saves a ton of time during a busy workday. The screen sharing and meeting notes features work smoothly, and being able to collaborate on documents in real time right inside a channel makes group projects way less chaotic. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

What frustrates me most is how heavy and resource intensive it can be, it tends to lag, eat up system memory, and occasionally freeze during large meetings. The search functionality is also pretty clunky when you're trying to dig up a specific older message or file, and managing multiple organization accounts or guest tenants is still unnecessarily cumbersome.
