What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

The best thing about Microsoft Teams is that everything is in one place only. We can do normal chat, video calling and also share files easily during the meeting. Screen sharing feature is very smooth and helpful when we are discussing any project work. Also, it connects directly with Outlook calendar so we get reminder before any meeting starts. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Sometimes the software takes too much RAM in my laptop and hangs when many browsers are open. Also, for any new person joining the team, the onboarding and initial setup is little bit confusing because there are too many options inside channels. Another thing is that the pricing for extra features like AI copilot and advanced tools is quite expensive for small teams, and getting quick help from customer support takes lot of time. What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Earlier we were using WhatsApp or long email threads for sharing project updates, and important files used to get lost in between. Microsoft Teams has solved this problem completely because now all our project chat, documents and meeting recordings stay in one single place only.
