What I like best about Microsoft Teams is that chat, video meetings, file sharing, and collaboration all live in one place. Channels keep conversations organized by project, and meetings run reliably with screen sharing, recording, and live captions. Files can be co-edited in real time through SharePoint and OneDrive, and the integration with Outlook, Planner, and other Microsoft 365 apps saves a lot of switching between tools. Teams can feel cluttered, especially when you belong to many teams and channels. Notifications get overwhelming unless you tune them, and the way Teams and SharePoint handle files and permissions can be confusing. It can also use a lot of memory and run slowly on older devices. Search sometimes misses messages or files, and switching between multiple accounts or tenants is clumsy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
