What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings communication and collaboration together in one place. I can quickly connect with colleagues through chat, video meetings, and calls, while also sharing files and working on documents in real time. The integration with Microsoft 365 apps—especially Outlook, Word, and Excel—helps streamline my day-to-day tasks and supports better team productivity. Overall, it’s especially helpful for coordinating projects, running meetings, and keeping everyone aligned, whether we’re working remotely or in the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Microsoft Teams can sometimes feel sluggish, especially when I’m switching between chats, meetings, and different channels. In busy teams, notifications can quickly become overwhelming, and locating older messages or files isn’t always straightforward. The interface can also feel complicated for new users, and occasional audio, video, or connectivity problems can disrupt meetings. On top of that, some advanced features and integrations require additional configuration or licensing, which can drive up overall costs. Better performance, simpler navigation, and more efficient search and notification controls would significantly improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
