What I like most about Microsoft Teams is that it keeps most of our day-to-day work communication in one place. In my work at TCS, I use Teams to stay connected with my team, discuss work-related updates, and join meetings without having to switch between multiple communication tools.
I find the chat feature particularly useful for quick questions and updates because I can reach the relevant person directly instead of sending an email for every small discussion. For team meetings, I also use Teams to join calls, discuss ongoing work, and coordinate with colleagues. Sharing files and information within the relevant conversation is also convenient when working with a team.
Overall, Teams makes regular communication and coordination easier for me, especially when working with multiple people and keeping track of ongoing discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel a little heavy, especially when I have multiple chats, meetings, and notifications happening throughout the day. In my work at TCS, there are times when several conversations are active at the same time, so it can take a little effort to find an older message or information from a particular discussion.
I also feel that the number of notifications can become distracting when multiple teams or group conversations are active. Sometimes I have to manually manage or mute notifications so that I can focus on my current work.
Another small issue is that Teams can occasionally take some time to load or sync messages, especially when switching between different sections. These aren't major problems for me, but improving performance, search, and notification management would make the overall experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
