"Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration That Saves Us Hours Each Week"

5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best is how seamlessly Microsoft Teams integrates with the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Instead of switching apps, our team can co-edit Word documents and Excel sheets directly inside our department channels, which saves us hours of context-switching every week. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams can be heavy on system resources, sometimes causing noticeable performance lag or high memory usage during large video meetings. Additionally, file organization within chat threads can occasionally feel cluttered, making it difficult to find older documents quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Teams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Teams has completely solved our fragmented communication issues. Before adopting it, our team struggled with scattered email threads, multiple disconnected chat apps, and unreliable video conferencing tools. Since implementing Teams, we can now centralize all project discussions, file sharing, and virtual meetings within a single interface. This shift has eliminated internal email clutter and resulted in a noticeable boost in daily productivity, saving each team member roughly 2 to 3 hours per week that used to be wasted searching for information. The UI/UX is clean and makes jumping from a chat to a video call seamless, while the system's performance remains highly reliable even during large company-wide presentations.
