I have been using Microsoft Teams for around 3-4 years for my day-to-day work, and it has become an important part of my routine. I like its simple interface, which makes it easy to access chats, meetings, and shared files without much effort. The integrations with Outlook, Google Drive, and Power BI are also useful, as they help me manage meetings, share files, and discuss reports with my colleagues. Teams generally works well for regular chats, meetings, and screen sharing, although it can sometimes take a little time to load.
I feel Microsoft Teams offers good value for the features it provides, especially for regular work communication and collaboration. Having chats, meetings, and file-sharing features in one platform helps reduce the need for multiple tools and makes the overall investment worthwhile. Getting started with the basic features was straightforward, and I did not find the learning process difficult. I also find AI meeting summaries useful when I need to catch up on discussions or revisit important points. Overall, Teams makes my daily communication more organized and helps me collaborate with my colleagues more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about Microsoft Teams is that it can sometimes feel slow, especially when switching between chats or joining meetings. The interface has quite a few features, and at times it feels a little cluttered, making it difficult to find things quickly. Notifications from multiple group chats can also become distracting during work. Sometimes, finding older messages or shared files takes more time than expected. I would like to see improvements in loading speed, notification management, and navigation to make the overall experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
