What I like best about Microsoft Teams is its seamless integration with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Having SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook calendar, and direct document collaboration inside a single interface makes project coordination extremely smooth. The channel-based team structure keeps conversations organized, and the ability to co-author Word or Excel files in real time during a call significantly improves productivity for distributed teams. While Microsoft Teams is feature-rich, it can be quite resource-heavy on system memory (RAM), which sometimes leads to sluggish performance or occasional lag during high-load multitasking on standard machines. The desktop notification management can feel overwhelming across multiple busy channels, and the search functionality occasionally makes retrieving older shared attachments or specific message threads slower than expected.
