What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings communication, collaboration, and day-to-day work into one place. For marketing work, it’s especially useful for coordinating with different teams, sharing campaign updates and creatives, discussing requirements, and keeping project-related conversations organized. The integration with Microsoft 365 tools also makes it easy to access and share files without constantly switching between platforms. Overall, it helps reduce communication gaps and keeps team workflows more structured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main thing I dislike is that Teams can feel a little heavy when there are multiple chats, channels, meetings, and notifications happening at the same time. It can sometimes be difficult to find an older conversation or file quickly, especially when working across several projects. The interface also takes some time to get used to, and occasional performance issues during meetings can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
