What I like most about Microsoft Teams is how it brings communication and collaboration together in one place. I particularly like using Copilot to quickly summarize conversations and pull out key decisions or action items. Loop components are also useful for collaborating on notes, lists, and tasks directly within chats, while Facilitator helps keep meetings organized by capturing notes, tracking the agenda, and highlighting follow-ups. All of this present in a very convenient UI/UX. The value is good for what we get from it. Having Teams, Copilot, Loop, and other Microsoft 365 tools together makes collaboration easier and saves time switching between different platforms. Its one robust tool.
