"All-in-One Collaboration Hub with Seamless Outlook and OneDrive Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

What I like best about Microsoft Teams is that chat, video meetings, file sharing, and collaboration all live in one place. Scheduling and joining meetings is quick, and it integrates smoothly with Outlook, OneDrive, and Word, so I can share and edit documents without leaving the app. Channels keep conversations organised by topic or project, which makes it easy to find past messages and files. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

My main dislike is that Teams can feel heavy and slow, especially on older laptops or weaker internet connections. It takes a while to start up and can use a lot of memory when meetings and screen sharing are running. The notification settings are also a bit overwhelming, with activity feeds, channel alerts, and chat pings all competing for attention, so it's easy to miss something important or get distracted. Searching for older files and messages across many channels can also be hit and miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
