What do you like best about Microsoft Teams Integration for SAP Customer Experience?

The bad thing which I dislike is SAP getting times out or automation not working properly and because of that work gets disturbed. Sometimes SAP gets too slow which makes it hard to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
