What problems is Microsoft Teams Archiving Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been using this last two years in academic settings ... especially its help during the COVID19 time, it was so easy to conduct classes online and it has been taking less data compare to other platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
