Its easy and simple to use with plug and pin modules right from the header, body, images and footers. Sway can create web articles easily since its module is divided with pre defined headers and text boxes. Microsoft Sway is majorly used to create presentations, stories and interactive reports. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Sway?** Nothing to dislike about Microsoft Sway it is simple to use. But it would have been helpfull if it had more options like microsoft power point. Rest is its online and anyone can access it anytime via their webiste. **What problems is Microsoft Sway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft Sway is used to quickly create News Articles and Website designs for your product. We use PPT's to create our presentation but often use microsoft sway for creating analytical reports and stories around our product. Microsoft Sway has helped us to create news articles which get publised on our website. They have a plug and pin module which is easy to use and no special skill is required. Since its online the account can be accessed anywhere at any given time. Sway is one of the quite good products from Micorsoft. ### 4. I even used it for marketing and advertising presentations. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Sway?** What I dont like to microsoft sway is the integration to other canvas. And they dont have android version I can use for my smarphone. **What problems is Microsoft Sway solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was a big help to me as a social media marketing creating a presentaion with customise templates is good.Simple and much easier to use in creating wonderful presentations. Honestly the features it offer are amazing, slightly similar to slide share but the use of generative AI is best. I now use it to make Monthly reports and presenations at my workplace. You cannot alter the image size in Sway's presentation templates in order to make them more flexible. 4) Neither the text size nor any animations or transitions may be changed in Sway. 5) Sway lacks advanced editing features, which restricts the customization of the presentations. **What problems is Microsoft Sway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Microsoft Sway is software that makes it simple to create presentations, blogs, and tales. What I appreciate the most about it is how many presentation templates it has. It also offers a skeleton and guidelines for creating presentations and stories, as well as a tutorial for those who are just learning how to use it. The key benefit of Sway is that no prior knowledge of content development is necessary. Earlier to this I facing issues regarding availability of good templates and this has saved me from that problem. ### 9.
