"AI-Driven Insights Made Our Personalization More Data-Driven"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft SharePoint?

One particularly useful moment came when we were planning content for different visitor groups. The AI-driven insights helped us see which content was performing best for a specific audience, so we could fine-tune page messaging instead of relying only on broad, general analytics. That made our personalization work more data-driven and cut down the time we spent manually reviewing content performance.

That said, the AI features still depend on accurate customer data and clearly defined audience rules to be truly helpful. When the available data was incomplete, the recommendations felt less reliable and still needed manual review before we were comfortable making changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft SharePoint?

The main drawback is that SharePoint can feel complex for new users, especially when setting up permissions, site structures, document libraries, and custom lists. Small configuration mistakes can affect access or visibility, so it takes time to understand the platform properly.

Customizing pages or creating advanced workflows may also require technical knowledge or Power Automate support. The interface can sometimes feel less intuitive when working with large lists or multiple document libraries, and performance may slow down if a site is not structured well.
