What do you like best about Microsoft Scheduler?

I can say Microsoft Scheduler is the best use, for the businesses case for the tool in managing appointments, meetings, and events efficiently. It can be particularly useful for coordinating schedules across teams or within organizations. Even clients can schedule meetings with employees or business. What do you dislike about Microsoft Scheduler?

Some of the dislikes regarding Microsoft Scheduler that I personally felt, its limited customization options, need some features to be added, lack of advanced features compared to other scheduling tools, and a somewhat outdated, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Scheduler solving and how is that benefiting you?

helps in managing appointments and simplifying the process of scheduling meetings. Has far now due to outdated and lack feature, i would say its benefiting businesses for scheduling meetings.

Time-consuming scheduling,has i felt, it eliminates the back- forth communication when trying to find a suitable time for meetings. Microsoft Scheduler provides availability suggestions to all participants,like any it will allow all the participants to schedule whenever they need.

Avoiding scheduling conflicts, it considers participants' availability and automatically suggests meeting times that are conflict-free,only for some business, and helps reducing the chances of double booking or overlapping appointmnts.

Streamlining calendar management,It gets with existing calendars, such as Outlook or Microsoft 365, also providing a unified view of all scheduled appointments. This reduces the need to switch between different applications and simplifies calendar management.

Improving productivity, by automating the scheduling process, Microsoft Scheduler saves time like more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
