What do you like best about Microsoft Publisher?

What I like most about Microsoft Publisher is how easy it is to create professional-looking brochures, flyers, newsletters, invitations, and other print materials without needing advanced design skills. The drag-and-drop layout tools, templates, text formatting, and precise object positioning make it quick to turn an idea into a polished document. What do you dislike about Microsoft Publisher?

The biggest drawback is that Publisher feels somewhat dated compared with newer design and publishing tools. Some layout and formatting options can take a little time to find, and collaboration features are not as strong as in newer Microsoft 365 apps. It would also benefit from better integration with modern design workflows and more built-in AI assistance for creating layouts and content. Microsoft Publisher solves the problem of creating professional print and marketing materials without needing a dedicated graphic designer or advanced design software. I use it for things like flyers, brochures, newsletters, and simple promotional documents. The templates and easy layout controls help me create materials much faster than building everything from scratch, while keeping the formatting consistent.
