What do you like best about Microsoft Priva?

The best thing about Microsoft Priva is its automation and workflow features which allow for excellent handling of data requests efficiently while saving our time. Another thing I like about it is the early detection of potential data privacy issues that may arise like data transfers or hoarding. This ensures that our workflow is smoothly operating at all times. Another good feature of Priva are the very valuable insights provided about the storage and movement of data which allows us to analyse our current privacy situation and look for areas of improvement ensuring the data is handled securely and seamlessly at all times. What do you dislike about Microsoft Priva?

We faced quite a few challenges, both basic and advanced, during the implementation phase and it was time-consuming as well. Another drawback is that there are limitations to the level of customisation and there isn't much flexibility. Finally, it is very resource consuming which further added to our costs. What problems is Microsoft Priva solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Priva has helped us profusely in overcoming data privacy management challenges. Priva firstly helped us by enhancing the management of DSARs efficiently and effectively while eliminating a lot of manual work. It automated these processes which resulted in timely and accurate responses to requests. Secondly, it has helped us with risk identification and compliance monitoring protecting our sensitive information and hence enhancing our reputation and trustworthiness. Lastly, it gives a lot of insights and visibility into the storage and movement of data which allows us to identify the risks and eliminate them.
