What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

After using Outlook for years, its reliability is what keeps me coming back—it simply works day in and day out. The interface is familiar, so I never have to relearn how to do the basic things. What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Outlook for managing my personal email rather than for business. It meets my basic need of keeping years of correspondence organized and easy to access in one reliable place.
