What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

Notifications are painfully slow — New Outlook can take over 10 seconds just to open an email from a notification. Mail Merge is weak, and a lot of "new" features barely work if you're not on a Microsoft-hosted mailbox. Honestly, Classic Outlook still feels more reliable overall. What problems is Microsoft Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?

The real benefit here is time: less manual triage, less app-switching, and a faster answer to “what do I actually need to act on today?” How cleanly it delivers on that depends a lot on whether you’re fully in the Microsoft ecosystem, because many of these perks feel weaker when you’re using a non-Microsoft mailbox.
