I have used OneNote as a supervisor and RTM and it became my go to place for keeping all work notes in one place. Few things I liked most:
- I used to take notes during team meetings, training sessions and quality reviews and organize them in separate notebooks and sections, very easy to find later
- Sharing session notes with agents and team leads right after a meeting saved a lot of back and forth
- I could add text, tables, checklists and images all in one note, very useful for documenting process updates and SOPs
- Notes synced automatically across desktop and mobile so I never had to worry about losing anything
- Tags helped me mark action items and follow ups from audit sessions so nothing was missed
- Search made it very easy to find any old note or keyword in seconds even from months back Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A couple of things I felt could be better. The formatting options are quite limited compared to Word, which made it a bit difficult when I needed to create more structured documents or reports. Also the app was a bit slow to load at times, especially when opening large notebooks with a lot of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
