What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

Microsoft one drive for business is best solution for file hosting service. It allows store and download file and data on cloud. We can sync file from Windows, iOS , Android too. We can upload Microsoft documents as well media files to the OneDrive.

As in my organization I use both Microsoft Products like Teams and OneDrive its quite easy to share file through Microsoft Teams to any one within a second and that is very nice feature.

There are many ways to share the file too other than downloading it.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

Storage is only disadvantage for free user , unable to share files to the use who don't have Outlook account that is quite disappointing .

And sometimes there is lagging.

Sometimes auto save feature overwrite the old files and it consumes data when its not intended .

Sometimes when you want to attach any onedrive document to email you have to close it completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Microsoft OneDrive for Business:

Its great for any organization for use as its very easy and convenient for all.

If using other Microsoft products then it will come with bundle of services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft OneDrive for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

Safe and secure and web based cloud not necessarily required any application in system.

And its automatically linked with Windows so that is plus point.

Automatically syncs data once permission is given to the particular drive or folder. So no need to sync each and every time.

And it automatically saves progress even if we are working with documents. And easy to download files in zip format all together.

It will come along Microsoft 365 no need to purchase separately, for home users .

Its price is less than Dropbox and Google Drive and it comes with bunch on other programs too that is benefit of it . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
