"Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration with Effortless Co-Authoring and Secure Sharing"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

What I like most about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is how seamlessly it integrates with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Real-time co-authoring in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint lets multiple team members work on the same document at the same time without running into version conflicts. I also appreciate Files On-Demand, which helps save local storage while still keeping cloud files easy to access when needed. On top of that, the flexible sharing controls make it simple to collaborate securely, both internally and with external partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

What I dislike most about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is the occasional synchronization conflict, which can lead to duplicate files—especially when I’m editing offline or working across an unstable network. On top of that, managing granular folder permissions can feel unnecessarily complicated, and the web interface sometimes isn’t as responsive or as fully featured as the desktop client.
