What do you like best about Microsoft Forms?

I use MS Forms as a supervisor to collect shift preferences, process knowledge quizzes and monthly feedback from my team. Few things I like most:

- Easy to create forms and quizzes in minutes

- Multiple questions types like MCQ, rating and dropdown make it perfect for any kind of form

- Quiz mode auto grades process knowledge tests, saves manual checking time

- Real time responses visible as they come in, no manual follow up needed

- Responses automatically export to excel for easy analysis and reporting

- Anonymous option encourages honest feedback and suggestions from team

What do you dislike about Microsoft Forms?

Well, no big dislikes, but one small thing they can improve is the customization options, more design and branding flexibility would make forms look more professional Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a supervisor, collecting shift and weekly off's preferences, quizzes and team feedback manually was time consuming. MS Forms made it hassle free, I just create form, share the link and get real time responses that automatically go to Excel, saving a lot of time and making team management much more organized.
