I like using Microsoft Entra ID for managing all users and resources for access, authorization, and authentication. It really helps with centralized login and security management for users and apps. I also appreciate how IAM and SSO interact with Azure and third-party apps, which was particularly beneficial for us since we had many third-party and Azure apps with authentication issues. Microsoft Entra ID made it easier to create centralized management for everything. Setting up was straightforward, involving creating a tenant and configuring it with a domain. The license features and assignment for high-level management, like PIM or conditional access, are a little complicated. I believe Microsoft Entra ID should integrate an AI agent that interacts with all features and helps people to understand and apply changes conveniently as per their requirements.
