What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like most about Microsoft Copilot is its versatility. I use it for different activities throughout my workday, from understanding technical concepts and requirements to improving test cases, analyzing Excel data and debugging code. It is also helpful when drafting emails, preparing project updates and summarizing lengthy documents. What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes the responses can be too generic or may not fully understand the technical context, so I need to provide additional details or refine my prompts to get the expected results. For complex technical tasks, the output may also need manual verification. I would like to see more consistent and context-aware responses, especially when working on detailed technical requirements. What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Copilot helps reduce the time I spend on routine work and information gathering. As a QA engineer, I frequently work with technical requirements, test cases, Excel reports, test results and automation scripts. Copilot helps me understand unfamiliar concepts, organize information, improve test documentation and troubleshoot coding issues. It also makes everyday communication easier by helping me draft emails and project updates. This allows me to spend more time on actual testing and problem-solving rather than repetitive tasks.
