What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I like how Copilot integrates so well with other Microsoft software. It's got an easy to use interface that ties together with Office applications well. The AI function is helpful, and the app performance is generally quick. I use the app frequently to create training videos, and it performs very well for my needs. The app seems to get many updates and strong support from Microsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

There are some downsides to the app. Occasionally, the AI does not respond accurately to requests for modifications to the forms, videos, images, or other documents that you create. I am unsure of the value for the price, it is part of an Enterprise license. Overall, the benefits seem to outweigh any downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Copilot is great at streamlining document and training material creation for me. I am better at editing and revising than I am at creating, and Copilot is great at getting a quick start on projects that a person can further refine.
