What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is its seamless integration across the Microsoft 365 suite, which has significantly boosted my daily productivity. The ability to instantly summarize long email threads in Outlook and draft comprehensive document outlines in Word saves me hours of manual work every week. It feels incredibly intuitive to use because it understands natural language prompts perfectly, allowing me to generate data insights in Excel or create professional presentations in PowerPoint with minimal effort. Additionally, its performance during Teams meetings is a game-changer; it provides accurate real-time summaries and captures action items perfectly, ensuring nothing gets missed. It acts as an excellent AI assistant that handles routine tasks efficiently, freeing up my time to focus on higher-level creative and strategic work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Microsoft Copilot integrates decently well across the Microsoft 365 suite, it frequently suffers from noticeable latency issues when handling heavy documents or generating longer prose. I occasionally encounter context-window limitations where it completely loses track of earlier parts of our conversation. Additionally, the accuracy of data analysis in Excel can be inconsistent, sometimes requiring manual cross-checking to ensure formulas or summaries are accurate. The user interface in Teams also feels a bit cluttered and intrusive during fast-paced live meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
