What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

Copilot has become my go-to AI assistant because it’s easy to use and integrates seamlessly with my entire Microsoft tenant. Having access to both Claude and ChatGPT within my searches also gives me the flexibility to lean into the strengths of each LLM, depending on what I’m trying to accomplish. On top of that, I really appreciate how straightforward AI governance is with the Business version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

I believe the in-app integrations still need some work. For example, the Email summary in Outlook pales in comparison to copying the email contents into a chat and then summarizing the email for review and for drafting subsequent responses. There are also some limitations with using Copilot in Excel, although it is getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to take my firm’s communications, known requirements, and data and draft an Asana-defined project for me and my team to act on has been hugely beneficial. I also used it to put together a PowerPoint presentation for a week-long business conference, which helped bring my executive committee up to speed in very short order, while still taking my own notes into consideration.
