What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best is how deeply Copilot is embedded in the Microsoft 365 apps we already use every day: Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. It summarizes long email threads and Teams meetings in seconds, drafts documents from existing files, and respects our existing M365 permissions and compliance boundaries. For an IT and compliance team, that native integration and the Purview and data-governance alignment are big upsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Results can be inconsistent: the same prompt gives different quality answers across Word, Excel and Teams, and Excel analysis in particular often falls short. It also surfaces content users technically have access to but shouldn’t see, so oversharing in SharePoint becomes visible fast; you need solid data governance before rollout. Licensing is expensive, and it lags behind standalone AI tools on complex reasoning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
