"Microsoft Copilot - A good companion for an MBA student"

4/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

I personally like the bright UI/UX of the Microsoft Copilot website, which gives me a co-companion feel. Its integration with Microsoft Office apps and Microsoft 365 apps like Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint makes it easier for me to enhance my performance while delivering my presentations. Microsoft is fast, its performance is commendable, and its pricing is currently good for students. Its support and onboarding are understandable, though its AI needs an upgrade as its hallucinations are more frequent compared to other apps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

What I mostly dislike are the hallucinations and inaccurate and more prompting works about the Copilot. Its AI needs an upgrade when compared to its peers, in my opinion, and the Microsoft integrations are not that accurate at times as it requires another login along with regular logins, which needs to be rectified. What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an MBA student, Copilot sometimes helps me with financial corrections and formula corrections in Excel, and in updating company filings in Power BI. Its grammatical upgrades and recommendations in Word and PowerPoint are a good thing, which I use at times to rectify mistakes in my scripts when delivering presentations.
