"Microsoft Copilot Boosts Productivity with Fast Summaries and Content Generation"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot?

What I like best about Microsoft Copilot is its ability to save time by quickly summarizing information, generating content, and helping with everyday work tasks directly within Microsoft 365 apps. It improves productivity, reduces repetitive effort, and makes it easier to find insights and complete tasks efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot?

Sometimes Microsoft Copilot provides responses that are too generic or require additional refinement before they can be used. Occasionally, it may misunderstand context, produce inaccurate information, or lack enough detail for specialized tasks, which means users still need to verify and edit the output. What problems is Microsoft Copilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Microsoft Copilot solves the problem of spending too much time on repetitive and information-heavy tasks. It helps me quickly summarize emails, documents, and meetings, generate drafts, answer questions, and find information without switching between multiple applications. This benefits me by improving productivity, reducing manual effort, speeding up decision-making, and allowing me to focus more on high-value work instead of routine tasks.
